The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
New arrivals will be given access from 2pm on the day of arrival.
These change over times can possibly be altered to suit your requirements.

Prices for 2026 as follows.
Prices are per night for 2 people.
It is an additional 5% for 3 people and 10% for 4 people.
There is also a £105 cleaning and administration fee to be paid.
The cleaning fee is to ensure the apartment is spotless when you arrive and spotless when the next guest arrives,
and with newly cleaned towels and bed linen.
