The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
New arrivals will be given access from 2pm on the day of arrival.
These change over times can possibly be altered to suit your requirements.
Prices for 2026 as follows.
Prices are per night for renting
2 of the 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 4 people.
It is an additional 10% to rent all 3 bedrooms and a maximum of 5 people.
There is an additional cleaning
and
administration fee to be paid which is £115 for 2
bedrooms or £140 for all 3 bedrooms.
The cleaning fee is to ensure the house is spotless when you arrive
and spotless when the next guest arrives,
and with
newly cleaned towels and bed linen.
